DTF and DTG Printing & Color Variation Disclaimer
The following disclaimer applies to all Direct to Film (DTF) and Direct to Garment (DTG) printed products provided by Artist-Tees.com LLC:
Due to the inherent characteristics of the Direct to Film (DTF) and Direct to Garment (DTG) printing process, color and finish variations may occur between the digital artwork and the final printed product. These differences may result from a variety of factors, including but not limited to display settings, fabric type, ink absorption, heat press variables, and ambient environmental conditions during production.
Furthermore, variations may occur between print runs, even when the same artwork and materials are used. Factors such as printer calibration, ink batches, environmental changes, and machine-to-machine differences can cause minor but noticeable shifts in color, clarity, or finish from day to day or printer to printer.
While Artist-Tees.com LLC makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain color consistency and print quality, we do not and cannot guarantee that any two prints will be identical, nor can we warrant exact color matching to digital files, prior samples, or previous orders.
By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts that such variations are an expected and acceptable aspect of the DTF and DTG printing process. These shall not be considered defects and do not constitute valid grounds for returns, refunds, or reprints.
If precise color or output consistency is critical, we recommend ordering a production sample for approval prior to full production. Artist-Tees.com LLC shall not be held liable for any discrepancies arising from the standard limitations of the DTF or DTG printing process.
